Thank you for shopping with House of Galah. Each piece is individually hand-dyed and prepared with intention. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many pieces are one-of-one and prepared individually, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
House of Galah is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
House of Galah is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, House of Galah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review and determine the appropriate next steps.
