Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

At House of Galah, each piece is individually hand-dyed and one-of-one. Because of the nature of our process, all sales are final.

Exchanges are only accepted if an error was made on our end (for example: incorrect item shipped or product defect).

To request an exchange:

- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- Proof of purchase is required

If approved, the item must be shipped back before a replacement is sent.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs within the United States.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as House of Galah is not responsible for lost return packages.
